An accomplished lifelong athlete with success in bodybuilding, weightlifting and mixed martial arts, Ken is now devoted to helping others develop good habits for life. After more than 3 decades of experience as a master trainer and athlete, Ken decided to combine his passions of health, fitness and spirituality to create BodyF1RST.
“Whether you’ve never stepped foot into a gym or you’re looking to reclaim the body you once had, BodyF1RST can get you there,” Ken says.
He specializes in Mobility, Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning, and Nutrition. Ken has poured his years of expertise and thousands of hours of training into creating BodyF1RST in order to educate, motivate and inspire your commitment to an optimized life.
Ken holds multiple personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Cooper Institute for Aerobic Research, and Onnit Academy.

With over 30 years in the health and fitness industry, Brigett has utilized every ounce of her training, education and experience to develop BodyF1RST’s comprehensive wellness program, based on the Core 4 Optimization principles: Spirit, Mindset, Nutrition and Exercise.
“My true life passion is helping others achieve their health and fitness goals in order to live the healthiest life possible,” Brigett says. “I believe that being healthy is more than just exercise — it’s about healthy thinking and eating as well.”
As an athlete and a single mom, Brigett can relate to the physical and mental challenges that women go through in particular. She leans on her daily spiritual practices and mindset work to continue to overcome life’s challenges and grow, and is passionate about helping others become the person they truly desire to be through the BodyF1RST program.
Brigett has a Master of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Physiology and is certified to teach Secondary Biology for Life, as well as multiple Personal Training Certifications (NCCPT, Onnit Academy Certified and Gold’s Fit Coach Certification).

With 35 years of experience in the health and wellness industry and a list of certifications that goes on for days, personal trainer Brian Johnson uses his earned wisdom to help BodyF1RST clients achieve balance in their lives.
After graduating college with a degree in sports management and biomechanics, Brian spent a decade climbing the corporate ladder at 24 Hour Fitness. Eventually he realized his true passion was to help people elevate the quality of their lives by teaching them to thrive in today’s fast-paced lifestyle, launching a successful corporate wellness program that served clients like Keller Williams and HEB.
As BodyF1RST’s resident Spirit and Mindset expert, Brian is an expert in body language and conscious language, helping clients hack their lives by giving them the tools to identify and overcome habits that aren’t serving their highest selves.
DR RHET LANGLEY MD
Dr. Langley is board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and the American Board of Pain Medicine. He specializes in ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and joint and spine interventional blocks for pain control. He spent twelve years serving as an officer in the United States Air Force, including a full tour in Afghanistan, and finished at the rank of Major.
After dealing with the stress and inflammation that came along with 100-hour-plus work weeks, he decided to make a change by reincorporating the healthy habits he always knew were “right” back into his life. He studied functional medicine techniques and a combination of diet, exercise, and mindset. Around this time, he reconnected with a life-long friend and colleague, Dr. Phillip Gallegos. They pushed each other to dive deeper into healing the body through functional and performance medicine.
DR PHILLIP GALLEGOS MD
Dr. Gallegos is a board-certified anesthesiologist trained at The University of Texas Health Science Center of Houston. He specializes in ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and injections for pain control and other interventional pain management techniques and strategies. He has served in several leadership positions including Chief of Anesthesia and Medical Director of a Hospital and was voted by his peers as Top Doctor in Anesthesia 2018 and 2021.
Like many other healthcare workers, his success came at the cost of his own health. After years of neglecting his health, he started investing in himself and began his own health journey. As he experienced healing through functional medicine and ancestral principles, Dr. Gallegos developed a passion for sharing this knowledge with others. Along the way, he reconnected with longtime friend, and colleague Dr. Rhet Langley.
Laz brings a wealth of personal experiences to his coaching practice, which have shaped him into the insightful coach he is today.
He’s navigated the highs and lows building managing and fitness coaching company with 12 other coaches and over 400 clients at one time, building a real estate fund, doing real estate deals and launching a supplement line.
Laz has personally coached over 500 fitness clients ranging from general fitness to competition prep for bodybuilding competitions. He works with entrepreneurs, supporting them in creating fulfilling relationships while expanding their businesses without sacrificing their souls.
Laz understands the multifaceted challenges that ambitious entrepreneurs and high performers face.
Laz supports his clients to become conscious creators of their lives through reviewing their strategies, restructuring their mindsets, mastering emotional freedom and rekindling your from fresh, energized perspectives.
He knows success begins with inner harmony and self compassion that lead to external achievements.
