2. Description of Services

BodyF1RST provides wellness services including:

• Personalized fitness programs and workout tracking
• Nutrition guidance and meal planning
• Mental wellness programs
• Coach support and guidance
• Challenge competitions and gamification features

3. User Accounts

To create and use an account, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends

The content provided through BodyF1RST is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Harass or abuse other users or coaches
• Use the services to compete with us
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BodyF1RST platform — including workout videos and programs, nutrition databases and recipes, AI coaching technology, graphics, logos, and branding, and user interface design — are owned by BodyF1RST or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

8. User Content

When you upload content (such as photos and progress updates), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the services
• Confirm you have the rights to share the content
• Understand that your assigned coach may view your progress data
• Accept that content may be used to improve our AI features in anonymized form

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers, including therapy services (to which separate terms apply), payment processors, health-tracking apps, and video conferencing for coaching sessions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee specific fitness or health results
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from exercise

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BodyF1RST, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Paid subscriptions must be cancelled through your app store

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

17. Challenge Competitions

Participation in Confidence Academy challenges is subject to additional terms:

• Challenges require a 90-day commitment
• Prize eligibility requires completion of all challenge requirements
• All data submitted must be accurate and verifiable
• BodyF1RST reserves the right to disqualify participants for rule violations
