1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BodyF1RST platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

BodyF1RST provides wellness services including:

• Personalized fitness programs and workout tracking
• Nutrition guidance and meal planning
• Daily calorie and macronutrient targets calculated from your body metrics and the activity you record
• Optional synchronization with Apple Health and Android Health Connect, including sleep, activity, and body-weight data
• Mental wellness programs
• Coach support and guidance
• Challenge competitions and gamification features

3. User Accounts

To create and use an account, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may optionally enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint unlock to sign in. This is a convenience provided by your device's operating system; BodyF1RST never receives or stores your biometric data. Anyone whose face or fingerprint is enrolled on your device will be able to open your account, so enable it only on a device you control, and you remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed through your app store account
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies
• Prices may change with reasonable notice
• Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends

5. Challenge Competitions

Participation in Confidence Academy challenges is subject to additional terms:

• Challenges require a 90-day commitment
• Prize eligibility requires completion of all challenge requirements
• All data submitted must be accurate and verifiable
• BodyF1RST reserves the right to disqualify participants for rule violations

6. Health Disclaimer

The content provided through BodyF1RST is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

• The platform provides general fitness guidance, not medical treatment
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from workouts
• Nutrition information is for general guidance only
• Calorie and macronutrient targets are estimates, not medical or dietary prescriptions
• Sleep, heart-rate, and activity information is shown for your general awareness and is not a diagnostic tool
• Users with medical conditions should seek professional advice

Important: If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during exercise or dietary changes, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

7. Connected Health Apps and Devices

You may choose to connect BodyF1RST to Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or a supported wearable or third-party service. Connecting is optional and BodyF1RST works without it.

• We access this data only after you grant permission, and only the categories described in our Privacy Policy.
• If you permit it, we read this data in the background so your daily targets and progress are current when you open the app.
• You may disconnect at any time from Settings › Linked Accounts, or by revoking permission in Health Connect or the Apple Health app.
• Data imported from these sources is used to calculate your targets, progress, and Body Points, and is shared with your coach only if you opt in.

The accuracy of imported data depends on the device or app that recorded it, which we do not control. BodyF1RST is not responsible for measurements that are incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate at their source, or for a connection that stops working because a platform changes or you revoke permission. Health Connect and Apple Health are governed by the terms of Google and Apple respectively.

How we use, store, share, and delete this data is described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.

8. Notifications

If you allow notifications, BodyF1RST may send you push notifications — for example, when a workout recorded in another app arrives and changes your daily goal. You can change what you receive at any time from Settings › Notifications in the app, or turn notifications off in your device settings. A limited set of messages about your account is sent regardless of that preference because it is necessary to operate your account. Standard carrier data charges may apply.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• Upload harmful or malicious content
• Harass or abuse other users or coaches
• Use the services to compete with us
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliations
• Submit falsified activity, health, or progress data, including data generated by any means other than your own genuine activity

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BodyF1RST platform — including workout videos and programs, nutrition databases and recipes, AI coaching technology, graphics, logos, and branding, and user interface design — are owned by BodyF1RST or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

11. User Content

When you upload content (such as photos and progress updates), you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the services
• Confirm you have the rights to share the content
• Understand that your assigned coach may view your progress data
• Understand that some features send your content to third-party AI providers to generate personalized responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not send records imported from Apple Health or Health Connect to those providers.

12. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with third-party providers, including artificial-intelligence providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) that power our AI coaching and recommendation features, payment processors, health and fitness platforms such as Apple Health and Android Health Connect, and video conferencing for coaching sessions. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or terms of third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee specific fitness or health results
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from exercise
• We do not guarantee that data imported from a connected app or device will be accurate, complete, or delivered without delay

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BodyF1RST, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Paid subscriptions must be cancelled through your app store

16. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
