2. Description of Services

BodyF1RST provides wellness services including:

  • Personalized fitness programs and workout tracking
  • Nutrition guidance and meal planning
  • CBT-based mental wellness programs
  • Coach support and guidance
  • Challenge competitions and gamification features

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

The content provided through BodyF1RST is for informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness, nutrition, or wellness program.

Important: If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during exercise or dietary changes, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

5. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are subject to our refund policy. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Challenge Competitions

Participation in Confidence Academy challenges is subject to additional terms:

  • Challenges require a 90-day commitment
  • Prize eligibility requires completion of all challenge requirements
  • All data submitted must be accurate and verifiable
  • BodyF1RST reserves the right to disqualify participants for rule violations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the BodyF1RST platform are owned by BodyF1RST and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

BodyF1RST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
